All our rooms have been recently refurbished, are fully ensuite with walk in shower and are equipped with deluxe pocket sprung mattress and smart TV. Free WIFI, courtesy tray with tea and coffee, toiletries set are complimentary in all the rooms.
Single room
This room type is specifically designed for single traveller. It is located on the first floor. Maximum occupancy 1 person, due to the layout of the room neither extra bed nor cot can be added.
Double room
These rooms are located both on the ground and first floor. Maximum occupancy for this room type is 2 people, and due to the layout of the room there is no space for extra bed. Infant cot can be added on request.
Twin room
These rooms are located on the first floor. Maximum occupancy for this room type is 2 people and due to the layout of the room neither extra bed nor cot can be added.
Deluxe Double room
These spacious double bedrooms offer comfort and convenience. They are equipped with a king size bed and they are conveniently located on the ground floor.
Maximum occupancy is 2 people, infant cot can be added on request.
Family room for 4
Our biggest room is located on the first floor and it is specifically designed to accommodate four people. This is our recommended option for family of three/four and group of friends. Maximum occupancy is 4 people, infant cot can be added on request.

Comfort Food and Rendezvous Cafe, both located on Church Street, serve the traditional full Scottish breakfast alongside a range of other delicious dishes. At the recently renovated Victorian Market, there’s an impressive food court offering plenty of choices for both breakfast and lunch.

Cancellation policy
Reservation can be cancelled or modify free of charge up to 14 days before the day of arrival.
After this, a cancellation fee equal to the first night rate applies. Please note that in case of a no-show the full amount of the reservation is charged.
We strongly recommend to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen inconveniences.
