Our Rooms
All our rooms have been recently refurbished, are fully ensuite with walk in shower and are equipped with deluxe pocket sprung mattress and smart TV. Free WIFI, courtesy tray with tea and coffee, toiletries set are complimentary in all the rooms.
Single room
This room type is specifically designed for single traveller. It is located on the first floor. Maximum occupancy 1 person, due to the layout of the room neither extra bed nor cot can be added.
Double room
These rooms are located both on the ground and first floor. Maximum occupancy for this room type is 2 people, and due to the layout of the room there is no space for extra bed. Infant cot can be added on request.
Twin room
These rooms are located on the first floor. Maximum occupancy for this room type is 2 people and due to the layout of the room neither extra bed nor cot can be added.
Deluxe Double room
These spacious double bedrooms offer comfort and convenience. They are equipped with a king size bed and they are conveniently located on the ground floor.
Maximum occupancy is 2 people, infant cot can be added on request.
Family room for 4
Our biggest room is located on the first floor and it is specifically designed to accommodate four people. This is our recommended option for family of three/four and group of friends. Maximum occupancy is 4 people, infant cot can be added on request.

Join us for a delightful breakfast experience where we proudly source our breakfast items from local and micro-sized suppliers. We promise to serve only the freshest and highest quality products, handpicked by us.
Our breakfast options are both diverse and delectable, featuring choices such as full cooked breakfast with sausages and bacon from the local butcher, vegetarian cooked breakfast, pancakes with fresh fruit salad, Scottish natural yogurt, handmade local jam and marmalade, cereal and muesli, cake, and fresh juices. We can also accommodate non-dairy and gluten-free preferences upon request—please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies.
We offer two breakfast options:
- Buffet with Continental Choices: Enjoy a variety of continental breakfast items from our buffet.
- Buffet + One À La Carte Dish from Our Chef’s Menu: Elevate your breakfast with a combination of buffet offerings and one exquisite chef-crafted à la carte dish.
To ensure a smooth and personalized dining experience, reservations for both breakfast options are mandatory. Please reserve your table and your preferred 30-minute time slot in advance. This system helps us efficiently manage resources and minimize wait times.
Breakfast is available only during the high season (April to October) and can be reserved by contacting us.

Cancellation policy
Reservation can be cancelled or modify free of charge up to 14 days before the day of arrival.
After this, a cancellation fee equal to the first night rate applies. Please note that in case of a no-show the full amount of the reservation is charged.
We strongly recommend to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen inconveniences.
